Right of Withdrawal

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages During Transit
Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, MAGPANTHER is not responsible for:

All shipments are handled by third-party carriers, and any incidents occurring during transportation are the responsibility of the shipping provider.

MAGPANTHER is not liable for refunds or replacements in cases of carrier-related incidents.

Our jewelry is made of stainless steel plated with 18k gold using PVD technology, known for its durability and resistance. To preserve the quality and finish of your pieces, we recommend following the care instructions provided.
